   3s, 4s and 5s are pretty comfortable for wide feet, though. 6s are a complete pain in the ass. The problem with most Js (yea, I hate myself too) is that they are either really slim cut or have retarded as straps inside for stability because they are actually basketball shoes.

    The more you take at once the less gets absorbed. Best way to take it is 600mg at a time every 30min after a fatty meal until you reach max concentration of 3600mg.
    
    Even then it's pretty weak in my opinion. Never got GHB like effects from it.
