If you do use a tripod.. tie a rubber band and lose the choke on the horizontal panning. it moves smoother with almost 0 jerk motion. -

it wasn't my canon it was just a LG phone. the stabilizer on it isn't that great. it's best to do it in post editing. -

I love sweets. and I havn't been working out. (probably a sudden craving from meds because I didn't care for sweets at all when I was younger)
so it's even worst for me.. now that i'v hit the age my father was when He died of diabetes. I'm two years older than he was when he died.

Something is seriously wrong with my metabalism. It's the medication most likely. I even take thyroid meds now
I don't look 245 though. The doctor says I looked about 225.. overweight but he was shocked when it showed that much and very concerned. -
