if your battery is hot and "overcharged" it's not doing it's job right. Cycle or Pulse charges go around.. on and off in fractions of seconds as to not have a nonstop charge going. that would be very dangerous. to have a static charging mechanism. it would also fry the shit out of the cable. to much surge time. -

This is what is weird to me. Why was Jeff Hunter allowed to have thousands if not tens of thousands of "How to" on his website, but the kid Hansen tells people as a user on Zoklet how to print up premade Coupons.. and he is arrested but Hunter was not. And even if Jeff was Arrested, did he have tens of thousands of counts against him?
this is how it is. Rich people (Atherton originally?) that Jeff was from.. walks (like Stanford's Rape Guy.. and got 6 months, walks after 3) while the average guy would be in GitMo or a life sentence with that kind of thing.
I didn't want Jeff arrested. I just want him to tell my kids "Hey, this about your dad is true". I can't sue him because of a statute of Limitations but it would tell my ex-wife and kids I wasn't bullshitting about finding a decent Job.

So GangStalking has been around for decades it seems. Bill Krozby you love old films, Watch Coppola's The Conversation. that's a great film shows the old school listening devices and tracking systems. -

I never thought of it as gang stalking until you just pointed that out.. how creepy. it can be done now too with technology that only the rich character of Sean Penn could do when that movie was made.
