I always see douches around school with shirts like "Science doesn't care what you believe." While they're technically not wrong, they misinterpret what science is. Science is not a dogmatic set of beliefs with 10 commandments that say "god isn't real, the world is round, etc etc." Those things may be true, but science is just a process that tests hypothesis. It has no beliefs. Although unlikely, for all we know, the laws of the universe could be completely upturned tomorrow. Then all those beliefs they had would go under.
