WaPo admits CIA effectively created and retooled Ukrainian intelligence services for assassinations and attacks against civilians, as well as 'supporting' them.

chiropractors tend to have a bad reputation as spine wizards because apparently it's not a protected title in some countries so anyone can claim to be one. they're often on par with homeopaths; I read about one who was offering 'remote realignment' where you sent him a cheque and he used the back snaptus spell to fix your spine without even having to come into his 'office' -

those have been around for a long time, are much easier to intercept but I guess they're more likely to be thrown around in greater numbers.
the new hypersonics are more interesting because they can't be reliably defeated but haven't actually seen combat against a moving target yet afaik -
