the problem lies with idiots who take it to extreme, illogical conclusions - people who spend all their waking hours looking for ways the 'patriarchy is victimising them', obsessing over rape (but can't say 'the r word') and form retarded enclaves where they isolate themselves from criticism and eventually convince themselves their behaviour is normal and productive.
I've noticed (similar to) your bit about shaving legs too - not just 'feminists' but 'rebellious' people in general. They'll want to do something that society expects them to, ie. shave, wash etc., but they want to make sure everyone knows they're not doing it for other people, they're doing it for themselves. Which is amusing because in the above examples, they wouldn't be doing it if it weren't to attract or keep a mate - I remember reading a good article on this... oh here it is. -

he's recently received complaints that bamboo, the version/build control tool, does not correctly parse emojis when used in the name of a git.
not only did they use emoticons in the name of a code repository, they didn't immediately think ' hah, I guess not' when it failed to transfer, they (with no sense of shame) actually filed a bug report (turns out the cause was that MySQL doesn't support unicode characters by default).
speaking of, Apple's SWIFT language is now allowing emoticons to be used in or as variable names.
give us the tools to build anything and what do we do? fucking poop icons, that's what. -
2016-05-09 at 3:28 AM UTC in Having a problem with diablo 2 lodare you talking about the compatibility tab in the shortcut properties? if not, you'll want to find the shortcut to the game in your start menu or whatever, right click > properties > compatibility, tick off compatibility mode and set it to Windows XP SP3.
apparently the default Windows10 install contains binaries that provide directX9 support, the game just probably isn't detecting them. if you can work out which files it's actually looking for you can download them individually and place them in the program folder - this (http://superuser.com/questions/979687/how-can-i-install-directx9-on-windows-10) link helps in that regard, but if you don't know specifically which files or which exact versions it needs it'll be tricky. -
