A guy with Iraqi intelligence sources is claiming it's been verified that the KSA airforce will participate in an Israeli attack on Lebanon on the pretense that Hezbullah and Iran are trying to 'take over the country' and are 'supporting Yemeni aggression' (lol what). The guy has a patchy record of predictions so don't assume it's 100%, but given the circumstances it seems accurate. -

They've wanted it for a long time, but timing is fucked - Israel wants the missiles to start flying ASAP; Syria's still in a state of war, Iraq needs to rebuild (and eventually will try to push the US out entirely) and Lebanon's falling apart politically... Those are all optimum conditions for Iran's allies to be in, and it won't be long before they get their houses back in order.
KSA isn't ready for another war though - they're getting rammed by Yemen of all places years after US advisers assured them it'd be a quick war to put their puppet back in power, and there will be lasting political (and military) repercussions of MBS taking over... Even with all their expensive toys, the Highway to Tehran has been open for months now; Hezbullah is getting both Russian and Iranian supplies and I'm willing to bet they're far, far better equipped now than they were in the 2006 war. And KSA is far worse off than Israel is/was.
I get the impression everyone knows it's not a good idea but King Benji's pushing HARD to make use of the Iran allies' downtime. -

It was only really the Baldur's Gate and Icewind Dale games that used D&D (or advanced D&D) rules (also Planescape Torment probably), most of the other 'western RPGs' like Fallout used a similar but more simplified system. FF and the other Japanese RPGs used a different paradigm altogether -

I just read that MBS (Prince Muhamad bin-Salman) has arrested 11 princes in total, close to 50 ministers and magistrates and a thousand assorted businessmen - it was initially reported he meant to recover 100 billion in state funds that were embezzled, but he's now apparently hoping to recover almost 800 billion from all the accounts he's had frozen.
