   I've not seen any evidence of an extermination policy outside of the admissions at Nuremberg, which were most likely extracted through torture. Even the stories of Josef Mengele and the extreme 'experimentation' (see: medical torture) only really come from one source, though to be honest I haven't really looked too deeply into that topic.

    the criminal justice system is based on the idea that people can be rehabilitated; that time spent in prison will discourage an offender from continuing to break the law. if entire groups of offenders have to be put on registries for the rest of their lives after time is served, it's an admission that they cannot be reliably rehabilitated so why even bother with the facade?
    
    assuming rehabilitation is the goal, and that jailtime actually rehabilitates people (lol), offenders should be kept in prison until they are no longer a danger to others or if that's not possible, executed.

    they'll need to make changes, but collapse is an overstatement. any major shocks to their economy can largely be 'redistributed' among its many debtors.
    
    they're now trying to decouple entirely from the USD and concurrently accelerate the BRI/Eurasia Integration plans (initially meant to be done by 2049, will need to be a lot sooner now), which makes predictions very difficult to make - their future depends on success here and there are too many actors with hidden plans to know how it'll turn out
