sounds like they were avoiding paying income tax previously - slightly different to what Russian said; if they're being paid by the israeli state there's no reason why they shouldn't have to pay taxes like everyone else -

initial autopsy showed that the only way he could have even possibly done that much damage to himself was if he tied a sheet around his neck and took a nosedive off of the top bunk. and that's without taking into account him being taken off suicide watch, the guards sleeping through it or the cameras 'malfunctioning'. -

mostly just because China has the infrastructure and manufacturing capacity. no idea about Mexico but Vietnam certainly doesn't have higher standards.
really, you get what you pay for. from my experience you're able to get stuff from china that's at a similar level to domestic manufacture for half to 2/3 of the price -

yeah I remember reading about this, I believe you're expected to pay income tax if you're a US citizen even if you've emigrated to another country. the only way to get around it is to relinquish your US citizenship, which is both difficult and expensive -
