It's not explicitly about the listed groups, but the fact that the concept of Democracy is to serve the will of the majority and that 'Western Liberal Democracy' does the opposite by endlessly pandering to fringe and minority groups. -

about 30 years ago organ harvesting was a childrens bedtime story myth. starting in the early 90s there is established individuals (no evidence or 'large scale' organization) that would illegally steal organs. the funniest ones ive heard of are people that illicitly worked with funeral homes or coroners and collected freshly-dead organs/tissues to sell.
second caveat: it is currently cheaper to contact a living organ donor in a sub-third-world shithole, pay them a literally pittance, and they will give up virtually any organ.
