that one's a bit misleadingNone of the 13 is a surprise. All but one of the mammal extinctions is historic, with most having disappeared between the 1850s and 1950s.
But the list also includes two species lost in the past decade, both from Christmas Island in the Indian Ocean.

The job does NOT pay enough at the moment for all the luxuries I gave up at my last job BUT in time it might and I am mostly focused on making more money so I can buy a beach house. My new job pays more starting out than I made at my last job after 3 years and I will get more money faster than if I stayed at my old job.
I do not regret switching.
