this is anarcho-tyranny 101. selective enforcement of law, allowing all the chandela and trash to do fucking anything, while strongly enforcing the most asinine and unfair laws against the good people and contributers, is a form of generalized terrorism perpetuated against the people whom it's important for the state to control: the good people. they don't care about controlling the bad people, there's no value in them. but valuable people must be controlled by police to keep them producing value. and the bad people (niggers, homeless) are just an extension of the police force used against the good. -
