Sandstorm changed that; in it we find something not prefigured in earlier techno - a pure form which laid the foundations for the future of electronic music composition. Describing it as ‘goofy’ and ‘blunt’ and referring to techno as ‘ridiculous, overhyped’, he states that “in its garishness, it provides a reassuring contrast: next to Darude's dated production, a sugary megahit like Aviici's "Levels" sounds tasteful, almost austere.” Let it be known that initial charting of Sandstorm as not hitting the ‘Hot 100’ is disingenuous considering it was released in Finland, and was in the top 10 in over ten countries in Europe. The unfortunate critic of this unfortunate review does not, apparently, discover the answer to his question, ‘why do you people like sandstorm so much?’. Andy Cush now spends his time on twitter, discussing current problems that the community of people sexually attracted to cartoon animals are having with neo-Nazism in their ranks.
Sandstorm is the jediel of techno, the paragon; one might better view it as a formula rather than a mere track [5]. In the eighteen years that have passed since its release, the respect and interest in this precious musical revelation has only grown, and the rave still goes bonkers when they hear ‘that’ high sustained tone fading in. That’s impressive, for a genre not even forty years old. What is more important, is that in comparing the musical information of Sandstorm to the electronic music that followed, you might not find a single track which did not follow the rules which Sandstorm burned into the collective unconscious. It is a musical work of that rarest sort which can only appreciate with time.

2017-02-14 at 1:08 AM UTC in i had a dreamthese free orange styrofoam apartments where eggs and orange juice were free. it was like a free town where anyone could live. i hung out with this guy (who was a jedi) and said, man, this is a real financial opportunity. i met a cute black chick at a party and she went downstairs and said stay on the phone and someone said something on the phone about come find the body and i went downstairs into the street and i found a slimy rotten corpse of a man under a blanket and a car screeched off, so i followed and some guy and another had the black girl hostage and was going to torture us, and there were knives everywhere so i captured the guy in my car, and i stepped out of the car with the guy and cops were surrounding us and i was like, i got him, and i took out the scimitar i had, and looked at all the cops, and i was like, it's okay, right? and they were like yeah it's ok. so i chopped off two of the guys fingers against my windshield and the cops were like woah god damn chill out. he was bleeding pretty bad so i got some paper towels and made one cop apply pressure to the wound. meanwhile the cops were chasing this other guy, who was like an army seargent, and he had a machine gun on an electrical scissor lift and was shooting. i didn't feel good about it but i got in my car to chase the seargeant on the scissor lift with the machine gun.
