   I had stopped doing milk products like 7 years ago and never noticed how much my breathing got a tiny bit better. even though my lungs are fucked up I didn't have sinus issues for a long long time. Ate an icecream bar the other night for the first time in years and I couldn't breath through my nose, my skin got rashy. it really is a milk allergy. the weird thing is it sometimes takes hours to have a reaction and not right off the top like a peanut allergy.
   
   so people never associate it even though a doctor is asking if you have one (because they can't tell unless you have a history or they do a scratch test)
   
   This is why i drink oatmilk or almond milk in my cereal now. fuck milk. it's for children, Not adults. and icecream is retarded fat

   Off topic for a moment. Listening to Liquid Liquid (1980 band) Cavern. I thought they ripped off Sugar Hill's rap song White Lines (Dont Dont Do It) but it was the other way around.
   
   I love when people like Ice Cube representing Easy E's rap song gets angry at a white boy gang for using the song and suing but more Rappers have sampled music and not given proper credit
   
   Vanilla Ice (White boy rapper) stole the song Under Pressure from Queen and David Bowie collaboration and tried to say that it was coincidental the baseline was the same.
