I never knew about Guliani and his Malfunction Radios he handed off to First Responders (Mainly firefighters)

Apparently the radios were shitty and during the 1993 Bombing of the WTC the First Responders of Police and Fire were trying to get new radios purchased. So Giuliani replaced them but with some cheap contracted out shit and they were never tested properly. so when 2001 came around the pieces of shit radios malfunctioned AGAIN. but they were newer more "modern" yet failed to communicate and Firefighters died even before 9/11
The Union had demanded Giuliani purchased an entire new system for the safety of their men and Rudy denied them. so Fire Fighters and even Police died from the lack of dependable radios.

All of these politicians only care for themselves and how they can prosper (probably got end of the year bonus from money he saved the city)
