then I walked a mile from the top of that eastern hill from north to south then I walked down that hill zig zagging every street back and forth for a 4-5 block stretch, then finishing back north to the street I walked West to East on but headed west back to my car. 4.6 miles
the most advance treadmills only get 15*. you can't join a fucking gym and get a real uphill battle workout. also try loading a back pack with 25 pound barbell or 2 if you can handle it.
I' have fucked up lungs and heart issues but I had no problem so far. So I might start with a backpack with 10 pounds in it (or two 5 pound weights) and keep adding weight. maybe a 2 gallon bottle (16.5 pounds) of water and 2 5 pound weights in the backpack.
