their design is great for heavy snow areas and incoming artillery during wars. they can be broken down easily because they're just a row of ribs bolted together with corrugated steel as the facade
safer than a tent I guess.
it's just something to throw up while I eventually save and build a conventional style small home and just attach the two and try and design the exterior to make it look like one structure.
I should of just saved and bought a fixer up at auction with a septic and well on the property but those usually are affordable on small lots. I want at least 2-3 acres -

not so much lately. most of these people moved up to Portland and Seattle and thankfully never came back. it's been fairly peaceful.. at least in the East Bay.
Around Covid and just before that I would drive by Oakland and there was always streets blocked off, shitloads of cops with flashing lights and usually at night. streets on fire (or in the middle, people burning stacks of wood or bon fires, Tires. whatever)
just finding side streets to get through and away from the shit. people have lost direction of what they're protesting. I honestly think it's just a form of Entertainment and of course stories of Soros paying people (whatever his motive was)
hold onto peaceful times because they'll probably be shattered again the next time a Cop knees a black man. -

Sorry, Live in Cali. Last American I owned was a Dodge Ram and it was a great fucking pickup. I wish I didn't use it as a down payment. I got shit for it. I could of sold it now easily for 10-12k with fairly low miles. the downside was it got 9-10mpg
but it was a 5.9lit 1500, extra long bed and extended cab.
I always owned American and that was the last one. I owned one ford. a 74 Squareback Mustang II 302
fun car in my 20s. bought it in 1985 from some old lady. had like 38k miles on it and I only paid 3200 back then. mint condition except the leather interior was torn a bit and some cracking on the dashboard.
most Fords are shit. I'd rather own a Dodge 3500 over a Ford 350 -
