I start off with the butter melting in the pan, then gradually add my flour until I got a good roux going, then pour in the milk, seasonings of choice, and sausage once thickened. Easy as hell and delicious -

I'm aware it isn't psychedelic, I wasn't looking for or expecting that from it, but it's still supposed to have psychoactive effects at the amount I took. And no it's a bit more complicated than "it literally just poisons you", you could say the same for alcohol. -

It acts fast, strongly, doesn't last forever and is great fun. The stigma of it being used for date rape is kind of dumb, you need more than a few drops and can definitely taste it.
