Rolf, the character pictured, was an immigrant from a Kazakhstani backwater or something, when the Eds would disrespect his traditional lifestyle he would threaten them (usually the punchline of the meme). He also referred to ed, Edd, and Eddy as, "the Ed-boys," which sounds like fed-boys.
I had a buddy who bought a glock auto sear from a bazaar in Afghanistan. I heard he got arrested for it when he got back to the states because he couldn't install it on his own, so he walked into a gunshop and asked their gunsmith to do it for him.
