Day 12 alcohol free here, currently on an extended vacation out of state w/ my son to change the pattern. That being said Bill Krozby, you have to break the cycle, not just the alcohol but the triggers/influences that lead to its use.

Speaking of bipolar I saw a new doctor the other day (the one that put me a new med) and it was logged in the computer that I'm bipolar which is why they try and give me bipolar drugs , but I told him that I'm not bipolar and he believed me and said 'I'll just erase that diagnosis then.' I said, "thanks."
I dont like him though. He was at least 70 years old and I felt no connection with him whatsoever in fact I'm going to find his grandchildren and burn them alive in front of him.
