Before I almost never slept, like I'd pass out for a couple of hours hard, but for the most part after that I'd just be laying there trying to sleep. I didn't sleep for about a year.
it has part to do with cooveed my doctor said.
But yeah since I was never sleeping just laying there I'd eventually get up and go do things instead of not sleeping since it obviously wasn't working -
