okay let this sink in its, its the kinda of place where pussies like cegareting family lives.. like just like shitty track homes that all look the same, theres nothing to do there but go to the barnes and nobles.. and we were snacking out and my friend was going to corpus in the morning to go see his dying gma for good sunday and family and we hadn't hung out, we just ate and snacked and It was still early and probably wasn't going to sleep on his couch well so i decided to go get some snacks and a tall boy just down the street.. just walking normally. (thats completely normal where I live since I live in a college town/hipsters ect..
its like a place for like old people and nerds that work at dell.. and this pig just rolls up and I didn't think much about it and he was like "hey whats goin on tonight" and I was like uhhh going to the store.. since I was right in the parking lot and he's like have you been drinking and I said no.. and he was like well you smell like alcohol, and I said no just been eating, just getting a snack for my bromo and he was like "I'm going to have to take you in for public intoxication" and I was like (here in austin if you shitfaced /causeing problems they just put you in a drunk tank and let you out in the morning as long as you didn't do anything or driving a car)
and he was like pull everything out of your pockets and I just had 20 dollars in my pocket and he put me in the back of the car and I was pretty upset because thats bullshit and then he said you know we also got you for those thc gummies..
and I was like haha you're crazy, i've even taken an edible, wheres it at.. show it to me and he was like no.. we're going to weigh it out when we get to the pricint so I get really pissed off because its bullshit
they put me in a cell with no water or toilet and these goofs are telling me to calm down that they are trying to figure out how to weigh it and they checked my asshole and undressed because they asked me too in front of them while I kept calling them faggots.
the magistrate spoke to me over video confrence and I told her this is bullshit and they tried making me sign several papers but I didn't want to sign them because I don't want to jam myself up or not be able to sue them
and yeah i have bruises all over because I had to sleep for quite a while on a cold slap with no blanket
they said on my paper work that I had 10 to 40 grams of "thc gummies" which is total bs and whats the real kicker is they dropped it down to a third degree felony and everyone was like "yeaah dog just ride it out they will make it just a state jail felony if you sit in a room by yourself with a cooveed mask and I was like yaah no way.
thats pretty fucked up if you ask me, but I've been warned years ago about that county but I didn't think I was doing anything wrong walking around in this boring ass neighborhood to the store. I'm bruised up on both my arms and ass cheeks and my knee is killing me because I just laid down on a slab like that for so long.
I was out in "the reck yard" with some dudes going on about how they have these insane charges for a lot worse charges and the jailer just came out and was like "hey ur going home"
I think lampooed. I was pretty when I got there. I was really pissed, even my uncle that bonded me out said my nephew went through a similar thing and so have a lot of people in that county, where they make up stuff and steal your shit
they were totally like calm down brah.. you're gonna get through this.. I haven't been in trouble for 7 years so this was kinda unexpected, I was freaking out, because before you are moved to general pop they want you to sit in a covid cell by yourself for 5 days..
i think its abusive to behonest and I've been to jail pleny of times but never had this happen to me before -

Had I not had him do that for me I would be sitting in jail til the end of the month maybe later. Now I have to get an attorney because they are some serious charges , they even dropped them down but still a felony and I'm not willing to take probation or do time in prison/jail for something I didn't do
I've never even been arrested for drugs before until now, drugs they just made up. I was pissed they were trying they put me in a cell before taking me to the real jail trying to weigh out whatever they stole from someone else and they wouldn't let me use the bathroom so I just started peeing all over the floor talking shit for an hour.
I couldn't remember my family members phone number while trying to call but evidently I got it right out of the 50 times I called, fucking sucked because they also stole my shoes and my belt. -
