Do they have surveillance footage? Body cams perhaps? You could have grounds for a lawsuit if it legitimately went down the way you said it did. A nice little lawsuit to get enough $$ for Bill Krozbydogs to get up and running. I don't think cops should be punching people in the face that are having seizures.
I dont know for a fact that thats how it went down though, I'm naturally a paranoid person. Who knows they probably tried to help me, theres not a lot you can do for a person having a seizure, though I do think its fucked up that they hand cuffed me, my po said when I "came to" I got up and tried walking out and that the cops tried to hold me back and I started shoving them. I was so out of it. I guess what else can a cop do to restrain you... shits crazy fam

Why would the cops 'be on top of you' if you were having a seizure? False flag.
I considered it being a false flag... no I actually did... i probably had a seizure, my po prolly freaked out hit the panick button , cops came in and think im just be a wild lil homo writhing around on the floor on drugs and proceed to punch me in the eye and hand cuff me, then later they say...

Whoa dude I come back and something crazy has always happened to one of you guys. I wouldn't take whatever happened to you lightly and get to the root cause of it all which by returning to the hospital seems to be the route you are taking too. Hmm I don't know much about seizures and the like. I suppose it could be some type of panic disorder ptsd..cops and probation officers would be prime candidates to trigger something like that. Could even be something as simple as a vitamin deficiency though that's gonna be rare.
Let us know what you end up finding out and glad you're ok in the sense that it could have turned out way worse. Good luck Braj.
Thanks man, I've only had 2 seizures before this and they were like 6 years ago and they were from overdosing on tramadol and spice. I've been doing mushrooms, 2cb, and drinking of course recently, so I don't know if that has anything to do with it or not. And Yeah I will admit I do have anxiety with cops, but my po has been really cool to me recently and I've been staying away from the weed. It just came out of nowhere, our meeting was almost over evidently and I just dropped.
He told me today that when I hit the ground I projectiled bloody spit onto the wall, ( I bit my tongue) Shits crazy
Today I feel like I did an entire full body workout, my right wrist really hurts from the hand cuffs, its like twice the size as my other hand.
I'm sure I will be fine, maybe its a sign I need to take better care of myself. -

Can you offer some more details Bill Krozbyzypoo? You just woke up in the hospital and the doc was like 'you had a seizure, you can go home now?' Did they not talk to you about things like WHY you had a seizure and what you need to do to prevent having them in the future? Medicine? Why you blacked out? Please tell me they explained this stuff to you.
actually they didnt want me to go home, but between the ativan they'd given me, and me totaly confused and pissed off that I was tied up, I asked to leave for like 30 minutes before the did an MRI. I was so doped up on whatever they gave me that I was just being a dick and wanted out of there. They gave me a bus pass, I took it back to the po office and got my car, I was drving home and because of the drugs they gave me I was falling asleep at every red light.
I'm actually going back to the hospital later today, the south location now that I'm a little more together.
I feel like fucking shit right now -

When I was on benzos a female officer told me to strip nude so I tried punching her and 4 cops jumped me and started kicking me and doing kung fu.

Don't think so because i was obviously having a seizure, and they let me walk from the hospital, m po called my parents and they asked if I was in any trouble and he said that I'm not, he was just concerened and wanted to let them know.
I wasn't on drugs, I wasn't drinking, I just eviently woke up freaked out having cops on top of me after having a seizure. It was all fucked up. I hope if anything this speeds up the process of me being let of probation early. -

The next thing I remember is waking up in the hospital tied down. with bruises on my face and scrapes and joints hurting it was fucked up, they said I just dropped to the ground and started having a seizure and they said when i woke up, cops were on top of me and i started trying to fight them. I have no recollection of anything it sucks really bad I feel like shit right now both mentally an physically Has one here ever had this happen to them?
