I've heard its because goats are genetically closer to a human than a cow. But then some people say milk isn't good for anyone to drink unless you're a baby . I dunno I just like the unpasteurized goats milk at the farmers market because they have it for almost the same price as normal whoel milk and it taste better. -

Originally posted by TreyGowdy Eggs are delicious and good for you. Fats are good for you, like olive oil, avacado, meats. I think red meat fats are only bad because of being some bad type of cholesterol. Carbs are definitely not good for you, I don't go out of my way to avoid them though.
Fish too. Salmon is supposed to be really good for you and when you cook it the fat bubbles to the top making it especially tasty, mmmmm.
There's also some mushrooms that are supposedly really good for you too. I just eat regular ones, but really want to get into picking/growing them, but I'm afraid of fucking it up.
I drink tea all day, it's probably good for you. I read it is good for your teeth (not the color obviously). And honestly I only drink alcohol really because it's good for you in moderation, but beer isn't good for men because of something to do with estrogen.
Also: http://store.infowars.com/Super-Male-Vitality_p_1227.html
This chick has a video about how guys should only drink wine / liquor because of beer causing estrogen, I played the video for a guy in tinychat and he believed it was utter bullocks because it only mimmics estrogens effects. Not sure If he really knew what he was talking about , but it definitely does make you fat
and uh are you serious about the super male vitality? Seems like alex jones is a snake oil salesman lol

The real redpill is realizing it's because women have a say on the issue, who think everyone is as good willed as they are. No sane male wants their community overrun with immigrants, let alone illegals. It's not just coincidence that sanctuary cities are shit holes with crime and violence.
Austin has pretty low crime rate and crime is down across murica -

Originally posted by ACE Yeah you need to get body fat percentage down, but even if you do your stomach will be flat. You kind of have to do weighted exercises to get big stomach muscles I think. This is me when I was focused on burning fat and doing body weight exercises/plyo more than I was with weights
The first two weeks I started with the low/no carb diet and around halfway through I started doing weighted declined sit ups. I was probably about like you as far as body fat percentage but I wasn't skinny. I had some definition but not much at all and oddly shaped. At first my stomach was really flat though.

I want my stomach to be flat I have a belly, before it was flat and I had smexy abs, I got the alcohol bloat i guess. never heard of pylo exercises.
Creatine always made me feel like shit when I'd drink it, like chest / heart pain -

Originally posted by ACE Tuna is good and cheap. Creatine is the only supplement worth taking. The best way to get cheap protein is skim milk powder. It has just as much protein as whey protein supplements it just has other stuff too. Put a couple table spoons in a glass of whole milk, a couple raw eggs and some honey…not you because you are trying to lose weight.
If you want to lose weight (fat) without cutting back on how much you eat all you have to do is cut the carbs way back and exercise a little. Even better if you can cut back on fat too. Like after you cut back on the carbs try to eat a lot of lean meat instead of frying it. Also focus less on weight and more on how you look or body fat percentage if you have a way of measuring it. If not take pictures of your progress. Being skinny fat from just being fat is no great accomplishment.

I'm not worried about my weight, I've always been thin, my arms and legs have gotten more toned up from weights and cycling but booze n lasanga i think have made me get a belly, I was looking at picture of myself from like a year and a half ago or so.. and I actually had abs then lol

do you cut all carbs? I tried cutting all carbs in food for awhile and failed big time guess I'm just not disciplined yet, that and I drink too much and I'm sure that has a lot to do with it.
