Your issue isn't with 80s so much as New Wave. Post Punk is not New Wave.
Gary Numan is a great performer and also is a Pilot for the Royal Airforce who flew Test Planes and risked his life. Great performer too. Prolly one of the few New Wave bands I enjoyed.. but he's a big David Bowie fan.
The only other New wave bands I liked were flock of seagulls.. and The Fixx. both Bay Area bands (if I'm not mistaken) and both decent sounds.

down the street at the fiesta mart theres a couple stands where they make elote's con rico, basically spicy corn and this guy has his sexy lil lol mexi daughters working the stand and i bullshitted with him, he was making fun of me because im not mexican, and they packed me up with all this spicy korn. they were just having fun selling korn with there papa. Seemed like a fun time and everyone benefited from it.
I started making it myself back in the summer and i do it a lot better and more personalized but i would do it because i had myself and one other person to cook for but they still do it well.

i really wanted to be with this girl that is a nurse but, she will have sex with me but she doesn't even like me, she's not perfect but when i see her hair and hear her breathing and she grabs me it makes my right foot shake really bad because i love her. But in the end i will get out of bed and she will ask me to get back in bed and i will and then i will get out and leave her alone.
