I have never been at a random checkpoint I see happening in places like Texas. DUI (DWI) checkpoints once in a while or if you're coming into the state, there is a checkpoint for you bringing in foods that might bring pest into the state like Fruit Flies.
I mean they're legalizing the use of recreational marijuana I believe over 21 (or 18 I forget) and any age that still has a medical marijuana card. so that's going to be strange for us. some changes are good but the politicians today come off like drug lord gangs rising for power.
we dont have random checkpoints here in texas, we have no refusal weekends.. which you can still refuse which is the best thing to do because they have to then get a court order and have either an ambulance drive out to your car or they take you to jail and have a nurse draw your blood which by at that point you may be in the legal limit. -

I'd contact an attorney or just keep doing what you're doing an ignore her.
Attorneys and landlords and doctors are jokes my attorney billed me (after I already signed a contract about how much I was going to pay him and for what he was going to do, (i had to take him every step of the way because hes a weasel and I'm new this kind of stuff) asking for money phone calls, I mentioned he should at least bought me a sandwhich after trial if he was legit and I never spoke to that tosser again, they will try to get away with everything if you let them. they are total cummswappers -

Dude, California is like any other fucking state except in Northern California's Bay Area we have microclimates. but the greater bay area (inside the bay) is the same temp.. almost every day of the year. unless you're in the fog zone from the gate going east. then summers are cold. You literally drive 2 miles and it's 15-20 degrees warmer. but most of Oakland is the same temp almost every day. 60=72 degrees F every fucking day almost. maybe a few years have more cold snaps in the upper 20s at night but you can live. Problem is this. It's a violent area still. Even neighborhoods that are gentrified are still a little ruff to park your car.
I'd go to New Mexico if I were you. find the zone that isn't 100 plus in the day, nor 10 or minus at night. I think Albuquerque has areas like this. You might find a job, save money and get a place to live or buy a home one day. San Francisco is a shark tank right now. It's what Manhattan was for the last century and growing.

true it was even annoying 15 years ago when i went as a kid. though i did get to visit tulum which was pretty cool.
when i went as a kid it was annoying because there were all these guys wavving their shirts in the air like a helicopter chanting "lets blow that pussy out!" while euro chicks were twerking but my parents made us walk away with them to the kiddy pool instead of the beach.
