I was not in austin when this happened and my old attorney retired so I'm having to deal with this. It's bull shit over gummies.. It would never happen here in austin and I don't want to sign for state jail or some weird propagation.
I was fine for seven years and everything was annoying but it worked out for me. I've never been convicted of a drug charge before. But they weigh the whole thing and I might even be innocent but it will cost me a pretty penny because I was walking around in some hick town and got accosted by this asshole cop. It's bullshit I might of well of had some real drugs on me. -
