can't watch now. quantum computers are in the pipeline but I don't think we'll have the (nano machanical) technology to feasibly make them worthwhile for a long time, let alone with clock speeds fast enough to compete with today's standard processors.
given what they'll do to today's cryptography though, I expect there are elements of the project that are extremely jealously protected
