they keep changing their story now. however they spray tree's not with sidewalk chalk spray that a city worker marks for underground construction or to mark a flag
No! they used acrylic SPRAY PAINT. they leave trash and spray on trees "Stop Facsim" and one where they were trying to be funny and put "Dont Paint The Trees" but you can tell it wasn't a counter statement but the same person's hand writing style.
