    It is my strong belief and a recent experience that He's interrupting my innerweb connection and blocking my posts on a local forum site (county/City) and writing "Nigger" in place of my posts with other hate messages.

    It is my strong belief he's having his friends in my building do this. then they removed it suddenly and placed back my original posts.
