After watching sailor moon movie. Chibi moon says "People always seem so much happier after they leave the candy store".

This got me thinking....what the heck kinda candy is that?!

"Sassafras candy has its roots in traditional American folk medicine and cooking. The sassafras tree (Sassafras albidum), native to North America, has been used for centuries by indigenous communities and early European settlers for its medicinal and culinary properties." -

How did i know it was sassafras, well i have the book on making extasy by strike an he says its the most benign and non addictive drug thier is.

So apprently Extasy is just the pure safole oil after its been broken down by like alcohol and salt (sodium or potassium hydroxcide).

I wonder if you could take your 'drug' knowledge combine it with natural herbal medience knowledge (sassfrass is said to be a cure-all) and extract and break down the oil in candy.

I'm guessing the sugar extracts the saffrass oil containing safole and cystals it. Then just make it into extasy freebase oil and now you got rare candy.

Sassafras tea contains a lot of safrole, the chemical in sassafras that makes it poisonous. One cup of tea made with 2.5 grams of sassafras contains about 200 mg of safrole. This is about 4.5 times the dose that researchers think is poisonous.
