how much Adderall are you taking? If it's more than say 30 mg then they will probably be able to notice unless you're able to act like a fucking normal person (yourself)

they can usually tell if you're fucked up and it's a good idea to tell them I think
Nothing like telling your therapist you're fucked up and asking if she thinks if it's sexy and she asks why I want her sexual validation because seeking that from a therapist is pretty insane
