   this happens in San Francisco and NYC where the ceiling is blow the caps of the Skyscrapers and the people at the top floor look down as if they're hovering over the clouds and in Heaven or something. I witness this effect at the top of the Bank of America Building in San Francisco because they have a restaurant at the top (But I think it became a office/condo building and no longer owned by BofA) it was wild. it was like being in a plane. nothing but clouds as far as you could see. thick, not like fog but a thick cloud ceiling
