I noticed a water fountains water column kept spiralling when I looked at it. A lot of people noticed this too. One day I took a sheet of aluminum foil and put it on the back of my head and looked at the water, it spiralled even more, as I suspected it would.
8hz is a spiralling or psychic frequency. It apparently defies the normal laws of physics regarding EM waves. ADHD people are often stuck around 8 hz.
