Folks I feel like I'm doing this shit every couple months but I figure the best thing I can do is keep working at it.
Trying to have compassion, understanding and serving other not how they treat me but rather how I want to be treated.
Hoping a lot for the best, I choose non violence a couple times in the last year since I've started this attempt to be a better person and that's a big thing I guess.
Not drinking helps a lot, that shit brings out the absolute worst in me.

If you're listening to people who fleeced weak people out of money you're not doing better...
Happiness comes from within, not from buying some turds book or course who is simply telling you what you want to hear and/or common sense that you already know.
"Being nice to people usually results in them being nice to you"
...err no shit! wow great advice, here take my money.

I also find a lot of value in helping people with their problematic drinking
Hey I have a problem, I can't afford any booze can you lend me $20 so I can experience what it's like to get blackout drunk again? reminding me of that pain will help motivate me to keep sober for the next few years
