fucking hell. imagine if you had a massive 4K video library and just uploaded it to 20 of these. nearly half a petabyte of movies or about 10 years worth none stop?

if you're expecting end of world and have your own off grid, I'd preserve as much of history I could from music, library eBooks and Films.

its your job for America's Reconstruction when the 2 years of radioactive smoke clears the skies

I have a 500GB shitty SSD for storing all the secrets of TOTSE and Trianglism but I don't see it as a long term solution. I'm gonna convert the entire drive into binary and etch it onto stainless steel plates along with my bitcoin wallet seed

Magnet tapes and magnet disk drives, floppy disks, USB, SSDs will all bit flip over time and if you take them to space. Etched metal/stone is the only tried and true method for long term data storage

on my main PC I've currently got
    2x 14tb 7200 HDs
    1x 2tb m.2 ssd

..and in addition to that a 6tb external drive connected, so 36tb.

It's all 80% full...I was just thinking last night I need to backup/clear some shit out.
