I gotta a pear of work boots with a steel toe that look like runners. If you don't want ankle support and aren't working on a building site or wading through mud they're pretty good.

I second the Timberland pros, I've had a few pairs and they've always been really comfortable, probably more than most tennis shoes I've had and they last for years which is good because I usually wear out footwear.
