D-Deprenyl, also known as or dextro-N-propargyl-N-methylamphetamine, is an MAO-B inhibitor that metabolizes into D-amphetamine and D-methamphetamine and is therefore also a norepinephrine-dopamine releasing agent.[1][2][3][4][5].
L-Deprenyl, also an MAO-B inhibitor, metabolizes to L-amphetamine and L-methamphetamine. In contrast, D-deprenyl additionally has dopaminergic effects and has been found to be reinforcing in scientific research.[6][7]
In addition to its actions as an MAO-B inhibitor and NDRA, D-deprenyl has been found to bind with high affinity to the ?1 receptor (Ki = 79 nM) similarly to various other amphetamine derivatives. -

IIRC the amount converted to amphetamine in the body is so small that people taking deprenyl would not fail a drug test -
2017-03-26 at 10:44 AM UTChow many mg of opium alkaloids are in washed poppy seeds. i've read somewhere that even rinsed seeds retain some opiates, so if i made a few gallons of murky poppy water (not good enough for tea) and was able to concentrate it into an amount reasonable to drink then store bought seeds work if they're not too expensive. i know i wouldn't be able to boil the poppy water down because heat destroys opiates.
it will have a bare minimum of 10-20mg morphine/kg if the seeds are washed and the batch is bad.
so 8kg washed storebought seeds = 20$ = 80mg morphine = 16 liters
i can't drink 16 liters but if i can turn 16 to 4 it's all good

morphine doesn't even sublime until 190C. if you are scared i'd advise you to use some kind of flat surface to boil the water away from, in small batches.
i really don't know why everyone thinks opiates get decomposed above boiling point instantaneously. who even started this fucking myth i see it everywhere. morphine decomposes @ 250C
i remember there was a guide by some tripfag to do this shit on 420chans /opi/ board, you might want to browse around there.The following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire! -

My chemistry knowledge is rusty but I believe your cs are supposed to be fs. IIRC morphine begins to degrade at 80c -

step 0: buy a bunch of large containers of poppy seeds
step 1: empty ~1kg poppy seeds into 2 liter bottle, fill with water, shake for 5 minutes
step 2: drain the liquid into a cooking pan
step 3: cook at <190c until all the water has boiled away
step 4: scrape the bottom of the pan for opium residue, put aside
step 5: you now have 10mg of morphine in opium tar!
step 6: repeat steps 0 to 5 until you've collected enough tar for an effective dose. repeating the process 10 times will produce 100mg morphine. -

not really, i can get get 750grams of shitty generic washed seeds for 2$ at a store a block away, finding unwashed seeds is like panning for gold
i rewrote my guide, it's simpler than the 420chan one
homemade pain relief! as easy as baking a cake. this is an idea, will work in theory but can't know for sure.
poppy seeds contain 10-400mg morphine per kilogram. most seeds sold in grocery stores are washed but will still have at bare minimum 10mg/kg. you need 2 liters of water for 1 kg, so getting effective doses of morphine from washed seeds would cause water poisoning (unwashed seeds is another story :^), so it has to be concentrated to either a reasonable amount of liquid, or have the alkaloids completely extracted.

if you're a bad guy you can then convert the morphine to heroin fairly easily, this whole process will take a few hours out of your day but then you have sweet morphine for almost no effort -
