As many of you know I suffer from Optic Neuropathy. it has been determined that this is Non Lebers. It is believed to be Nutritional Based Worsening stemming from Traumatic Optic Neuropathy
Basically I got nicked by a bullet causing a traumatic brain injury that caused:

Carrying forward there is currently no known treatment other than avoiding the damaging affects of the sun on my eyes through standard sunglasses, not getting shot again (or into major bicycle or car accidents that strike the front of the head), and eating a diet rich in vitamins and minerals + the recommended vitamins.
So in this thread I will document what is going to be a lifelong quest to find the cure. I will add to this both through OP eidts and lazy ass bumping posts with qualifying data and we can discuss it. I understand a lot of people will both be sympathetic & inquisitive as well as insulting & derrogatory. That's okay.
I will surmise to say that I am happy with the current state of things. I will continue providing more information. I don't feel like playing video games in life anymore so I will pour some of my free time into expanding on this thread topic and it's related functions as we go into tangeants.
My goal with this is less to be a documentary about me specifically but to give myself hope that soon there will be a cure.
Now I would like to discuss the changes I can anecdotally talk about from my perspective over the last 17 months and how I went from a perfectly vision-ed alcoholic to partially blind and discuss eom of the components of my healing adventure. I expect this hobby-project of mine to be the lengthiest threads I have composed especially in the fact it will contain a lot longer wordier discussions, dynamic conversationalist structure, continuing inclusion of new articles as they develop relating to the testing and potential cures and hopefully couple them with further improvement.
So in short, after I was injured by a small caliber handgun in 2023 March I was told I had a traumatic brain injury, being an alcoholic I began to go through withdrawal in the hospital after about a day when the pain meds wore off. I decided to sign myself out against medical advice and go home.
