Much like the slippery weiner, it seems always to fall out of my hand no matter how hard I directly grip it. -

That's because you are not really committed to the change required...once you are it is easy. Like I never thought I'd be able to give up drinking...but then when I was, I just quit one day and never looked back...EASY.
