Tea time in England doesn't refer to the drink...but it's what we call dinner.
So if someone says what did you have for your tea, they are asking what you ate for dinner.
My tea time average over my lifetime is probably between 5pm and 6pm. -

Does it count as a herbal tea if it's black tea + other stuff? 'cause I'm a big fan of raspberry black tea. Also rose and black tea, if I make it with sweetened condensed milk (this is absurdly decadent but tastes wonderful). -

I was thinking you all just stopped what you were doing at a certain exact minute of the day and that it was compulsory for all citizens to comply. -

No, though most jobs you do get a tea break, at like 10am and 3pm or so...(and those are reference to the drink, not the meal) -

Sure if it's got black tea in it it's tea, the other things are just complimentary
