So I did the same thing as yesterday except no jalapenos in the mushrooms and onions.
I did spinach, then a layer of these noodles someone gave me called gnocchi. Imagine like gooey potato balls they're okay, I did that over shredded spinach, mushrooms & onions with garlic and washyour sister sauce and some simple sides to help aid my gut digestion that are beneficial
kimchi, artichoke heart, some jalapeno slices and some sauerkraut, served with a lime monster because I like that.
IDK why more people don't eat like this.
