Do women lie more than men?

I don't think I lie a lot in relationships. But every woman I've ever gotten to know is a lying ass hoe. Like they lie more than they tell the truth. Some worse than others ig but it's pretty much pointless to ask them anything. I think a lot of them are psychopaths.

On the other hand, a lot of women I have been with tell me about lies their husband or bf tells to seem more interesting or dangerous. 3/4 of them probably lie about their height or dick size early on but even as pathetic as their lies seem to me it's nothing compared to their wife.

I say women lie 1000x worse than men.

I can't wrap my head around people feeling the need to lie so much tbh. Like I rarely lie and nothing bad has ever happened. Why are they so scared to tell the truth?

Maybe it has alienated me at times but I couldn't care less. I was diagnosed with aspergers at 17 and this whole time I never tried to learn social rules because I still don't care about people enough.

Aspies won't try to learn social rules unless it's explained in detail why they matter to people.

You lie all the time, you recently said I look like a guy in a van waiting to abduct people when you’ve never seen me. You lie to yourself most of all

I don't think lying is gender specific

It definitely is. Men lie more, to enhance social status or perception or to “get ahead”. Women tend to lie to protect others’ feelings or maintain social harmony but it isn’t as frequent

Women are some of the most vindictive creatures and this is foolish.

Women talk more, so they probably lie more, probably about the same per minute of speech tho.

IDK, my policy has always been that I don't expect total honesty from people, people who say they don't lie are just bad liars. People who expect total honesty are hypocrites. But every now and then you run into that person who does lie over shit that does not matter for no reason, my best theory is that it feels like some kind of power trip or something, but yeah that's some low-value-person shit and any sane person would stay away.

It's the insulting your intelligence that irks me. I lose respect for someone quickly that way.

This girl tormented me throughout primary and some of secondary school. She was a compulsive liar with a vendetta against me, always trying to get me in trouble. And I mean every day.

One day when I was 14, I got a phonecall from my friend in another school. They said she had lied to some chav that was known for fighting everyone, she'd told her I wanted to fight her. Then in the park the chav came up to me along with 20 people told me I knew she could beat me or w.e. I don't think she ever would have bcus of my scary sister she was friends with. But yeah that was the line, her lying to someone to try and get me beat up. So I jumped her, and the next day at school everyone was high-fiving me because they all hated her, and I hate liars with a passion.

I base my opinions on peer reviewed studies I’ve read. My inclination is that women lie more often and tell more hurtful lies than men, but I am biased.

I'm having sad flashbacks now of my whole friend-group being at another school while I had zero at the one I went to.

I got my psychologist to write a letter to the school recommending my transfer but they couldn't do that in the middle of the year.

Those aren’t flashbacks they’re delusions. Easy mistake when you’re extremely hammered in a dissociative state
