yea sure not even an associate degree while i cna eaisly say i had a bachelors at 24. and that alone in palces outside us makes a huge difference. and no he aint going to improve. -

No one cares about a 40yr old with a degree and no job experience (no 2yrs waiting tables doesn't count)...other than other restaurant jobs maybe. -

I've been hiring and firing people for a few decades now and I can assure you your job history (or lack thereof) matters more than your shitty degrees...
If you walked into an interview with me with only 2years job experience at age 40 I'd laugh at you and tell you to get the fuck out...no matter how many college degrees you had. -

2024-06-11 at 2:49 PM UTCi always had job opportunities and interviews and suhc in sua with my degree and even chances to live in work in the bay area where all the jobs in my field are but i ddint want to move or liv ein expensive ass bay area. only recently since covid remote jobs became more widley available. so no id have no problem in usa in my situation right now if it wasnt for poland and its focus on degrees. and many times i did have good roles i jsut lost them due to the constant arrests there for silly things even in toher usa states they wouldnt arrest you and esp not in poland like a fight.
