Folks I decided to make soup for me and this old man. Normally I cook stuff that he buys but today I decided to go all out lol
He says 'This broccoli soup is some of the best soup I've ever had."
Let's see what really was at the bottom of the bowl of the best soul he ever had:
1 Cream of Broccoli Soup
1 Slice of Ham diced
1 cup of water
1/2 head of broccoli chopped up
1/4 of an onion diced
1 tooth of garlic minced
...
Microwave for 3 minutes
...
"really good at cooking"

I loved prison food, maybe some prisons are different but in Wisconsin the food was good in prison.
It was also good in Ozaukee, Washington, and Forest county jail. However I did NOT like Milwaukee County Jail or Miami-Dade County Jail, the worst of which was Walworth County jail which served mostly gruel, hard rolls and meat slop with watered down koolaid and vegetables they boiled till they just tasted like grass.
Best food EASILY was Dodge Correctional Institution, this huge sorting prison that act sad a max called Waupon & the sorting facility Dodge. They got like 200 lifers that run DCI and have unlimited resources for some reason (double funded as they're the same prison and the most crowded).
Very deplorable conditions (22 hours in a cell for 2-4 months while they sort you) but the food was really really good. Every meal felt like they made it specially for you, egg sandwiches, turkey bacon, tacos, burgers with all the fixing, chicken Alfredo, and very big portions.
Stanley was #2. Oh and the retard center, that prison was really good food too, of all the places I was at the Wisconsin Retard Center was the best quality food and tastiest but I liked Dodge too.
Miami was so shitty because you got such small portions that you were always hungry and it was the same 8 meals on a rotation. Wasn't gruel and meat slop like walworth but it wasn't much better.
