   There is only 1 casual dining location in my hood, but 6 steakhouses. I think the market is moving in a clear direction. Who wants to eat at a casual dining like Red Lobster or Tony Roma or Chilis and their baby back ribs?
   
   But EVERYONE wants to eat a steakhouse all the time, admit it. Steakhouses are just a superior concept in every way, better menu, more profit, better customer experience, more robust local north american menus instead of faggot Eurotrash.    I've been to red lobster once with exwife #2. We both had the summer boil. They forgot to put the corn on the cob in exwife's boil. We both had a couple of beers, the bill was $130+ (10yrs or so ago).
