You can not just abruptly close down commerce. You can request a time to hold a protest and show up once you have allowed the county where you're going to be and set a time for doing so. You can't just roll up on a bridge and "Peacefully" protest your beliefs. it's hostile and could cause someones death if
A: They suddenly find themselves in an Emergency situation such as pregnancy, sudden heart problems etc
B: Heated words could lead to a fight so now you as a protester group have incited a Riot.
C: You're just an annoying cunt
