I think he was just a nonce and didn't care about their age. They are like animals they just see "young woman" and the concept of age of consent doesn't even cross their minds, they just want to breed a 14 year old because it's their culture.
You should take a page out of their page wariat you are too brainwashed by society literally chasing girls down the street shouting the legal definition of age of consent. Unless you find a teen girl into court drama RP like Murphy Brown that will never work
