    There are no "police shootouts" unless a policy holder of MAXTAC or some other corporation has one of their customers attacked. The policies are enforced by FORCE there are no laws on the books as there is no court. These are simply parties settling disputes.
    
    There are shootings that go on every day in every society no matter what economic system they use. Either it's the "Police" or "Gangsters" shooting each other or it will be policy holders, customers and private security firms.
    
    There will be no laws but society will all run on "unenforceable" end user license agreements where if you don't follow a company policy, you're out. But there is enough illegal tech and competing services that you are never really "out" there is always something else you can't be banned from society and not scan a food machine because it's decentralized, because they use bitcoin BECAUSE ITS THE FUTURE
