thats a public, black and white admission of cronnysm.
singapore is no more corrupt than ukraine, its just that there are well tucked and they have this internal security act complimentary of their british colonial master that they used to suppress allegations of corruption effectively.
lee and family own the biggest investment holding in the world and all telcos operating in singapre and much more than i csn remember.
